Quench Roller Tape is used on quench rollers by the glass industry as part of the tempering process. Also used for engine exhausts and as part of pipe wraps/insulation.

Available in our standard sizes as well as custom sized to your specification.

Available Fibers: Kevlar®, Twaron®, Generic Aramid, Nomex, E-glass

• 5.5 mm x 5.5 mm

• 4 mm x 8 mm

• 3.75 mm x 12 mm

• 4 mm x 22 mm

• 3 mm x 24.5 mm

Applications:

• Heat resistant quench roller tapes for tempering furnace applications

• Heat shield tapes for hot exhaust and other pipes

• Yellow and black Kevlar, Twaron and generic aramids. Up to 1000 F e-glass constructions also available.
