Neocorp can custom make your high performance, technical textiles in a wide range of shapes to meet your requirements.

C Shaped

With our patented technology Neocorp is able to manufacture a round sleeve with an opening, which we call our C Shape. You'll notice in the picture the pink tracer running down the product which is where the opening is. Our C shape snugly wraps around just about any linear item you can think of such as wire, tubing, small pipes, etc.

Triangle

Neocorp can manufacture any fiber you choose into our unique Triangle shape. This product is shaped exactly like a triangle with 3 flat sides and 3 corners. We can custom design your product using 1 single fiber or we can mix fibers to allow you to have 1 fiber throughout and a different fiber making up the corners. We can also incorporate 3 fibers, if that's what you need

Sleeve

Neocorp can manufacture standard sleeves in a wide range of density and wall thickness in any high performance fiber you need. Our standard sleeves incorporate Kevlar® and other Aramids, Fiberglass, Nomex® and other para-Aramids and any other technical fiber required.

Square

Of course, Neocorp can manufacture a conventional square shape using a wide range of high performance fibers.
