Braid Over Wire

Neocorp engineers custom jacketing for your coated or uncoated wire, chain, pipe, tubing and just about any other linear product. Our patented Interwarp® technology allows us to manufacture this jacketing in standard shapes such as square, round and rectangular. Our unique and versatile capabilities also allow us to make custom shapes such as C, D, and triangular.

Neocorp jackets can be constructed using any of our standard or performance fibers. Standard fibers such as polypropylene, cotton, nylon and polyester are used for organization, abrasion resistance, hand and appearance, including a choice of colors. Some of the performance fibers we work with are Kevlar®, Nomex® and other aramids, Teflon® and PTFE fibers, Spectra®, Vectran® and E Glass. These are used chiefly for thermal insulation, but can also be used to achieve a specific appearance or hand.
