History of Neocorp

Textile equipment engineer and entrepreneur Davis C. Jencks formed our roots in Luxembourg in the mid 1900's. Mr. Jencks brought his years of experience and ambition towards developing textile related equipment solutions to the United States in the late 1980s.

After having completed his formal advanced education and a several year tour as a US Army Officer, Davis's son Andrew joined forces with his father and together they developed our first Interwarp® Circular Warp machine. This innovative technology has since received an international patent with the registered trademark of Interwarp®.

Interwarp® technology has many benefits compared to traditional textile manufacturing including 3 times the speed of conventional machines, which translates into lower costs for Neocorp and lower prices for our customers. Another benefit is the wide range of technological and manufacturing capabilities, including the ability to make unique shapes from many different fibers to your exact specifications.
